                              作為建筑內部重點耗能設備,中央空調系統的耗電一般要占整座建筑電耗的40%以上。而中央空調機組是以滿足使用場所的最大冷熱量來進行設計的,并且留10% -20%設計余量。而在實際應用中絕大多數用戶在使用時,由于季節晝夜及用戶負荷的變化,冷熱負荷也隨之變化,一般與最大設計供冷熱量存在著很大的差異,系統各部分90%以上運行在非滿載額定狀態。其中,中央空調主機可以根據負載變化隨之加載或減載,而中央空調水、風系統采用的定流量運行方式不能隨負載變化作出相應調節,只能靠調節閥門、風門開度的方式來調節水量和風量,這種調節方式的缺點不僅是消耗大量電能,而且調節品質難以達到理想狀態而導致空調的舒適度不良。

                              中央空調智能節電控制裝置采用先進的微電腦技術,由節能主機中的實時監測單元對負荷(壓力、溫度等)進行實時監測,再由微電腦中央處理器分析計算出電機的運行參數,然后由節電優化模塊進行動態調節,確保電機輸出轉矩與實際負荷轉矩需求精確地匹配,從而改善空調的舒適性,大限度地減少了空調系統的能源浪費,達到節能的目的。
