                                  目前,抽油機是應用最普遍的石油開采機械之一,其用電量約占油田總用電量的40%,且總體效率很低,據調查一般在30%左右。油田抽油機負載是獨具特點的時變負載:有動、靜負載特性之分。一般而言,油田所用的抽油機普遍存在抽取能力大于油井實際負荷的問題,泵空抽、半抽現象嚴重,增加了無效行程,浪費大量的電能,同時也使抽油機的維護費用增高。針對此現象我公司開發出抽油機智能節電控制裝置,廣泛應用于油田行業。為客戶節省了大量的資金,受到了客戶的一致好評。
                               
                              At present, pumping unit is one of the most ordinary oil exploitation machines, and its electricity consumption accounts for 40% of the total in oilfields. But the overall efficiency is low, about 30% according to the survey. The load of pumping unit is of the unique feature of time variant: including dynamic and static loads. Generally speaking, pumping units in oilfields have the problem that the pumping capacity is higher than the actual load. The problem of empty and half pumping is serious, which increases the invalid stroke, wastes a great amount of electric energy, and also lifts the maintenance expense of pumping units. To solve the problem, our company developed the intelligent electricity-saving control device of pumping unit, which found wide application in the oil exploitation industry. Because saving a great deal of capital for users, the product is favorably accepted by them.
                               
                              工作原理及組成
                                 油田采油生產使用的抽油機抽油設備,其運動為反復地上下提升,一個沖程提升一次,其動力來自于電動機帶動的兩個重量相當大的鋼質滑塊,當滑塊舉升時,類似于杠桿的作用,將抽油機桿送入井中,滑塊下降時,抽油桿提出帶油至井口,由于電機轉速一定,在滑塊下降過程中,負荷減輕,電機拖動產生的能量無地方施放,勢必進入再生發電狀態,造成回路電壓升高,頻繁的高壓沖擊會損壞控制部件的主器件,抽油機電機負荷是帶有沖擊性的變化負荷,為了使拖動抽油機的電動機穩定運行并具有一定的過載能力,需按抽油機的最大功率來配備電動機.長期以來,油田抽油機一般都處于輕載運行,甚至有時候是以空載運行,造成極大的能源浪費. 抽油機的機械部件介紹見圖一。

                              抽油機智能節電控制裝置融合微電腦智能控制技術和電動機綜合節能控制技術,使抽油機由傳統的粗獷式低效率抽取改變為智能化高效率抽取。有CPU主控單元實時采集分析抽油機當前的工作狀況,動態調節抽油機的沖程頻次和抽油機上下行程的速度,使抽油機的工作方式與油井的實際負荷及環境條件相匹配,提高抽油機的充滿度,從而提高電動機的效率與功率因數,達到節能增產的目的。
                               
                              Intelligent electricity-saving control device of pumping unit combines the microcomputer intelligent control technology and motor comprehensive energy-saving control technology, changing the pumping from the traditional extensive low efficiency to the current intelligent high efficiency. The CPU master control unit collects and analyzes the current working condition of pumping units at real times, and dynamically adjusts the stroke frequency and stroke speed of pumping unit, thus making their working way match the actual load and environmental condition of oilfields.
